End of Dictatorshit

Saddam (why is he always referred to by his first name?) is now in US custody. Iraqi journalists at the press conference were weeping for joy as pictures were shown of Hussein, looking like a hobo.
It's the first really good news in this unjust war, but it is very good news. Some questions remain. Why did he not have any bodyguards around to protect him? Who found and/or arrested him, Kurds or US troops? Will an Iraqi court try him, and if so, where can you find unbiased judges in a country that hasn't seen justice in 35 years?
